Was very fair to deal with! Nice guy who took grief from customer never seemed to lose his cool and everything got resolved with everyone being happy in the end.
deer creek did everything like they said they would. we had a thunder storm and lost power from 7pm until 4am. when we first lost power i never got up from eating my slice of pizza. the generator worked flawlessly. it was truely an awesome feeling having everything come on within minutes (including the central air) of the power outage. the only negative is the gas company wants to dig up my front yard to put in a bigger diameter supply line. this will be no cost to me but i feel it isn't necessary.
